DETAILS: This five-course wine dinner features wines from Campania, Calabria, Puglia, and Sicily presented by Italian Wine aficionado Fred Mullins of Vias Imports. His enthusiasm, knowledge and expertise in these properties is amazing. Enjoy these beautiful wines while you devour delicious Italian delicacies from the Piccolo kitchen.
The menu will be paired with creative regional dishes of where each wine is from and utilizing as much of the bounty of our state of Maine has to offer such as local organic vegetables, Breezy Hill Farm Pork, Locally caught fish, Northstar Farm Lamb, etc.
Some of these wines are relatively new to Maine/New England and we may include a few special wines available only to Piccolo.
