DETAILS: This casual, five-course wine dinner celebrates natural fermented wild wines paired with savory Japanese pub food. Mami chef/owner Austin Miller worked his way across Portland through all different kinds of cuisines before opening Mami with his wife Hana Tamaki. What started as a food truck evolved into a brick and mortar on Fore Street. Come taste where food in Portland is going with Mami's first ever wine dinner!
